Fiskars Strong Poultry Shears with cut for skinning and cutting poultry. The curved blades makes it easy to cut. Blade with groove for cutting bone and serration/grooving (on the lower leaf surface) to keep the material in place better.
Soft-touch handle is ergonomically designed and fits both right and left handed. The scissors have a loop for the fingers and a handy locking feature which easily opens with the thumb.
