Sierra is a knife included in the CMT series (Character, Morse, Telephony) which is a very exclusive series of chef’s knives.
The handmade knives are made of a laminate cobalt steel which is both strong and stay sharp very well.
To this we add an exceptionally beautiful maroon micarta to ensure a handle that will last as long as the blade.
With normal care, these chef’s knives will work throughout your entire life.
The series includes three knives: Delta, Sierra and Zulu.
