Satake Kuro Mori - Outdoor / Chopper / BBQ is a roughly hammered knife with a blade of 5CR15MOV steel (also named 1.4116-steel) that is processed eight times, which provides extra sharpness and a hardness of approx. 58 HRC. The long handle of burnt wood with bolster and shank end of 18/8 steel provides perfect grip, balance and stability.
