A manual mincer that is strong and quiet with good capacity.
For grinding minced meat in all forms in small businesses such as grocery stores, restaurants and catering.
• Made of stainless steel.
• Mincer house (Worm house) and Worm screw in aluminium.
• The Ring nut (end nut), which holds the Mincer knife-set in place (knives and plates), is made of brass.
• Powerful motor and gear drive.
• Push buttons for start/stop.
• Mincer house and worm screw are easily removed for washing.
5 mincer parts included (Precutter, double knife, plate 13 mm, double knife and end plate 2 mm).

- Stainless steel table with pull-out disk and wheels, two of which are lockable.
