Horizontal vegetable turning slicer with sharpenable blade. Benriner slices 2 mm and has two stem leaves which strip 1.2 mm and 4 mm respectively.
Use the slicer to cut thin spirals or to core rods from the center of the raw material. It is able to turn vegetables up to 170 mm and to core 12 mm.
Is easy to disassemble for dishes. Hand wash is recommended.
