Reversible stone table / grill plate. A very useful reversible frying table that can be used on the grill or directly on an open fire, but also on old stoves, gas & induction. One side is equipped with grill stripes that give the vegetables and meat the nice grill pattern, while the raw material lifts up a few millimeters and provides a perfect cooking.
The other side is flat and is perfect for making, for example, smashburgers or frying softer ingredients that otherwise easily get stuck and fall down through the grill grate - such as fish fillets, mushrooms, vegetables and similar.
The frying table is also excellent for really large schnitzels. The flat side also has a small drainage surface for fat, so there is no risk of "boiling" the food in meat juices.
